1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slizoo: Stretchy Zoo Puzzle app for iOS and Android, the browser version at slizoo.com and the slizoo.app website (together, the "Game"). By downloading, opening or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Game.

2. Who provides the Game

3. Age and parental permission

Anyone can play Slizoo. If you are not an adult where you live, read these Terms with a parent and ask their permission before making purchases. The age screen at first launch turns on extra protections for players under 13 (see Privacy Policy, Children).

4. Your license to play

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game,
  • reverse engineer or modify the Game, except where the law expressly allows it,
  • use cheats, bots, automation or modified clients, or exploit bugs,
  • harm or harass our servers or other players.

You're welcome to record gameplay videos, stream and share screenshots, including through the usual monetization programs of platforms like YouTube or Twitch. You may not reuse the Game's code, art or music in another product.

5. Virtual items

Virtual items such as coins, boosters, skill uses, skins and Zoo Pass rewards are licensed to you for use inside the Game only; you don't own them. They have no real-money value, can't be cashed out or transferred, and can't be sold outside the Game. We may change the price, quantity or function of virtual items to keep the Game balanced. We won't knowingly take away items you bought and haven't used yet; if the Game shuts down, we'll announce it reasonably in advance.

There are no paid random-content boxes (loot boxes) in the Game. Whenever you buy something, you see exactly what you'll get first.

6. Purchases

  • The Game is free. In-app purchases such as coin packs, the starter pack, Remove Ads and the Zoo Pass are optional.
  • Payments are taken by Apple or Google under their own terms. Prices, including taxes, are shown in the store.
  • Remove Ads turns off interstitial ads. Rewarded ads stay optional.
  • Zoo Pass is valid for the season length shown on the purchase screen and unlocks rewards earned during that season. If it is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, the price, period and how to cancel are shown clearly before you buy, and you cancel from your store account.
  • You can restore purchases on a new or reinstalled device with Settings > Restore purchases.
  • Refunds go through Apple's and Google's refund processes (see Support).
  • Right of withdrawal: virtual items are digital content delivered immediately once you confirm the purchase. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-working content are not affected.

7. Ads

The Game contains ads. We show no banner ads, no ads in the first 10 levels, and at most one interstitial ad per 3 failed attempts. Ad content belongs to the advertisers, who are responsible for the products and services they advertise.

8. Nicknames, leaderboards and fair play

  • Your nickname may not contain profanity, hate speech, personal information, impersonation or someone else's trademark. We may change or remove nicknames that break these rules.
  • Scores are verified by replaying the submitted moves on our server. If we detect cheating, we may remove the scores and rewards involved, restrict access to leaderboards or end your license.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in the Game, including the Slizoo name and logo, Sosis and the other characters, art, music, text and software, belong to [YASAL UNVAN / LEGAL ENTITY] or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except those expressly granted in these Terms.

10. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Game without any obligation to you.

11. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update the Game, add or remove features, and change or end events such as the Daily Puzzle or Zoo Race. If we shut the Game down completely, we'll announce it reasonably in advance. You can end these Terms at any time by deleting the Game. If you break these Terms, we may suspend or end your access. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Warranty

We build the Game with care, but to the extent the law allows, it is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the last 12 months. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or under mandatory consumer law.

14. Additional terms for Apple and Google

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Slizoo, not Apple. Slizoo, not Apple, is responsible for the Game and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
  • If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Slizoo, not Apple, handles any product liability, legal compliance or consumer protection claims and any intellectual property infringement claims related to the Game.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Anything these Terms don't cover is governed by Apple's standard EULA. If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the monetary limits of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and your right to go to its courts. If you write to us first at support@slizoo.app, we can usually sort things out quickly.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right doesn't mean we waive it. We publish changes on this page and announce important ones in the Game; if you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms. If the Turkish and English versions conflict, the Turkish version prevails for users in Türkiye and the English version for everyone else.
